Chunky Vest Knitting Pattern | Willow Hill
This pattern is included in my Timeless Return knitting collection, available for sale on Amazon. See more information about the collection HERE.
The Willow Hill Vest is worked from the top down. You’ll begin by casting on stitches for the back neck and working shoulder shaping with increases. The back is worked flat, with additional increases to form the underarms. Each front is then worked separately, shaping the neckline along the way. You join the left and right front by casting on stitches for the neckline. Underarm increases are made before joining the front and back together to work the body in the round. The collar is picked up and worked separately as a double-layered rib, and the armholes are finished with 2x2 ribbing for a clean, structured edge.
