Top Down Raglan Sweater Knitting Pattern | Softshore Pullover
This pattern is included in my Timeless Return knitting collection, available for sale on Amazon. See more information about the collection HERE.
The Soft Shore Pullover is worked from the top down. The yoke is knit flat first to shape the neckline, then joined in the round once the depth is established. Raglan increases create the shaping through the shoulders. After completing the yoke, sleeve stitches are placed on hold and the body is knit in the round and finished with a clean 2x2 rib hem. The sleeves are returned to the needles and worked in the round with gentle shaping and 2x2 rib cuffs. The combination of DK yarn and a strand of mohair create a soft, polished fabric that elevates this simple wardrobe staple.
