Berry Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Health Benefits of Oatmeal
This berry banana oatmeal bowl is a great way to get your carb fix after an amazing workout. Oats have a lot of health benefits — they contain more dietary fiber than any other grain and are great for lowering cholesterol. They contain phosphorus, manganese, selenium, zinc, and magnesium and are a great source of vitamin E. They also help with controlling blood sugar and are great for weight loss because they keep you feeling full! If you’re gluten sensitive, make sure you buy oats that are gluten free.
