This simple knit hat pattern is a classic that you’ll use forever. I’ve used this for years for hats for myself and for others. I’ve switched up the colors, created stripes and other color schemes, I’ve tried fun and funky yarns with it but my go-to yarn for this classic hat is Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick Yarn.

My Simple Chunky Knit Hat Pattern has been a big hit but I thought I would put together a pattern with smaller needles using a little less bulky yarn for you all.
