We’ll work together to find your own version of healthy by uncovering your obstacles and taking specific steps to help you overcome what’s holding you back. I’ll be here to listen to you and guide you without judgment so you can make real changes that last.

  • A 60-minute one-on-one strategy session over the phone where we’ll review your current concerns and map out a plan for you to achieve some of your health goals

  • A month of mouth-watering suggested meals and recipes to help you feel confident in the kitchen and regain that energy you’ve lost

  • You need help developing a plan to understand exactly what you need to do to lose those extra pounds

  • You need one-on-one guidance and accountability to make sure you stay on track

  • You need a personalized plan to reset your body, establish healthy habits, and make long-lasting health changes

  • You are determined to make some major changes in your life

What you’ll get:

  • 2 one-on-one coaching sessions a month for 3 months where we’ll review your current concerns and map out a plan for you to achieve your health goals

  • 3 months worth of workouts you can complete at home to help you burn fat and get leaner
