Over the course of 21 days, we will use my 3-step proven system to uncover the main obstacles that have been holding you back from losing weight for good.

    Give yourself permission to make you and your health top priority.  “Undiet” yourself by changing your mentality about how you should eat and free yourself from crazy rules and restrictions that have left you feeling defeated in the past.  Make a commitment to yourself and get the confidence back that you’ve lost.  A happy mama makes happy kids!

  2. Week 2: Feeling Full

    Build a plate with whole, nutritious foods that will keep you full, give you the energy you need, and make it easier to say no to foods that have trapped you in the past.  Add in nutritious foods you love and crowd out the junk by making meals you love that help you tackle those crazy afternoon carpool lines and homework time with ease.

  3. Week 3: Revitalizing Routine

    Get into a daily routine that will keep you on track for the long-term.  Learn meal planning and meal prepping tips, make a reasonable commitment to exercise, and make sure you’re connecting with yourself through self care. These strategies will leave you with no excuses to make sure you’re staying on track with a healthy lifestyle so you never need to diet again.
